Details
Purrite's DTRO membrane cushions are sealed by ultrasonic welding. This welding technology has been proven over several years in different applications and with different membrane types. The extremely short feed water path across the membrane followed by a 180°C flow reversal eliminates polarization concentration. Consequently, the PT Membrane-Module results in minimum membrane fouling and scaling. The permeate drains from the cushion's intermediate layer into the manifold with minimum flow path and minimum resistance.
Key Features:
-
Ultrasonic Welded Sealing – Ensures durability, reliability, and long-term performance.
-
Optimized Flow Path – Short feed water path with 180° flow reversal minimizes concentration polarization.
-
Reduced Fouling & Scaling – Advanced design lowers risk of membrane clogging, extending service life.
-
Efficient Permeate Drainage – Intermediate layer allows smooth flow with minimal resistance.
-
High Performance in Harsh Conditions – Suitable for landfill leachate, industrial wastewater, and high COD/BOD treatment.
