PESP Series pleated filters are exceptionally versatile, designed for installation in virtually any application or air-handling system. They are widely utilized in built-up filter banks, central station air handlers, rooftop units, and side-access housings. These filters are commonly used as prefilters to protect and extend the lifespan of final filters within housing units. Using a prefilter is highly recommended as it is the simplest and most cost-effective method for improving the performance of final filters.

Galvanized Steel Pleat Support - Rust Prevention: The PESP expanded metal pleat support grid, made of galvanized steel, ensures maximum rust resistance. It maintains pleat shape, prevents fluttering during operation, minimizes resistance, and enhances dirt-loading capacity for the filter's entire lifespan.

100% Adhesive Application - Ensuring Filter Integrity: The die-cut frame is fully coated with adhesive to create a strong bond at all contact points. The die-cut boxes are securely bonded together, sealing the media pack inside the frame and attaching the pleat tips to the diagonal support members.

Two-Piece Frame Construction: The double-wall thickness and integral die-cut members provide exceptional strength and rigidity, ensuring PESP filters remain stable without racking, warping, or bending during normal handling or operation. .
